1. Be literate. To the best of your ability, use proper grammar and spelling (unless it is in a device entry/reply and it is IC for the character).

2. You may play up to three characters, at a time. Moderators get one free character. By "free", that means a character they don't have to apply for. Only a character the other mods KNOW said mod can play well. This does not mean 4 characters per mod, though!

3. Have your character interact with characters from different fandoms, at some point.

4. You may join as any fictional character. It can be from an anime, manga, TV show, movie, book, video game, et cetera; however, you may NOT apply as a celebrity or original character/OC.

5. All role play logs should be in third person, while journal entries should be in first person.

6. You may role play via the community, email, and/or instant messenger. All logs, despite where they are played out, must be posted in the main community (as means of record keeping). All logs should be rated based on their content.

7. If you cannot update for more than 2 weeks days, post a hiatus message. By update, this means action of ANY KIND by your character (ex. replying to another mun's character in a journal).

8. If applicable, make a character journal as soon as accepted.

9. Do not start unnecessary drama. If something happens OOC, keep it OOC. Do not blatantly insult anyone's role playing abilities.

10. All content that is not safe for work, should be placed under a text cut (see below for example).

11. Do not "god mod" or kill off another mun's character without their consent, as well as the consent of all moderators.

12. No advertisements of any kind are allowed to be posted in any of the communities.

13. Tag your logs with the names of the characters participating.

14. You must comment to the main moderator journal with the word 'banana', before you apply. This is to ensure that you READ THE RULES!

15. You may make your reservation for a character in the "Reserves" post. The reservation will last for 2 weeks only.

16. Currently, you may play up to two characters per series-and they can not be characters that would interact regularly!!!

If Accepted:

1. Add all of the character journals under the Taken Character List.

2. Join both the main community (ofthreecities) and the OOC community (threeooc) with your character's journal. Be sure to keep up with what happens in the OOC community, as important information will be posted there.

3. You have 48 hours to update your profile information with your character information, an extension may be given based on certain situations.

4. You have 72 hours to make your first IC journal entry and thread post.

5. Have fun and stay active!

6. This is an example of what your opening post for a thread should look like:

Who: Zelos Wilder and Squall Leonhart
What: Meeting up with CAPTAIN Jack Sparrow, Cloud, and Nemo.
When: After the confrontation with Mohs.
Where: Futuristic City.
Rating: X

Cursing, foreplay, a dog dies, you get the picture.<br />R: huge jump, here... there is cursing, violence, and definitely some sex involved. Some things such a death and possible drug/alcohol can fall under here.<br />X: lots of graphic sex, drugs, and foul language-this is the ONLY rating that things such as rape, molestation, or GRAPHIC AND EXTREMELY VIOLENT death scenes may fall under.]<br /><br /><cut text="[CUT TEXT HERE!!!!]"><br /><br />7.
